After conducting our first comprehensive Annual Customer Survey in 2023, we decided to run it again in 2024. We sent an online questionnaire to everyone we've worked with over the past 12 months to better understand your experience of working with us and what matters most to you.

This annual survey wasn't just about measuring product quality and service excellence. We also wanted to understand more about how we can better support your ongoing growth through additional solutions and services you might find valuable, from sustainable options and marketing automation tools to merchandise, animation, and copywriting.
Beyond satisfaction, we also wanted to find out how likely you are to recommend us to your contacts, colleagues and friends.
So, we used a key metric called Net Promoter Score (NPS), a great measuring tool that you can easily implement as well. After adding up all the ratings, we calculated the Ruddocks’ Net Promoter Score in 2024 at an impressive 85 - a significant increase from our 2023 score of 72!
