As part of our focus on investment in our employees, Ruddocks has launched a new initiative to recognise and develop business leaders of the future. Recent internal growth and expansion has highlighted the need to facilitate progression and develop employee skills to be able to step-up to the next level.
This new programme will help to identify and cultivate future leaders by providing a tailored training journey which will include a combination of 1:1 coaching, group workshops and personal study.
Participants will learn more about themselves, looking at preferences and styles of working and their personal values, together with developing knowledge and skills in managing people, operations and strategy.
