At Ruddocks, our principles and values are the cornerstone of everything we do. As a family run business, integrity and responsibility run through our core and our current focus is on doing everything we can to ensure it’s ‘business as usual’ for us whilst taking into account the best interests of our colleagues and our clients.
There is no doubt that these are worrying and uncertain times for everyone, but we are open and remain fully operational. We want to reassure you that we have implemented procedures to ensure the health and wellbeing of both our staff and customers in line with Government advice and directives.
Whilst face to face meetings have been reduced; we have replaced these with phone calls, conference calls and video calls so that we can stay in touch with you and minimise disruption to both new and ongoing projects, as well as ensuring we continue to deliver the first class quality and service you have come to expect from Ruddocks.
All our staff have been fully briefed and we all understand the important role we each play in helping to ensure the cleanliness of our working environment and we are regularly updating everyone with any changes to working practice.
As a business founded over 130 years ago, we have experienced and weathered turbulent and unpredictable times in the past and we know the key to success is looking after those people around us. We are proud of the relationships we have built with our clients and the commitment of our employees, and we are confident that our approach will successfully guide us through the coming weeks and help our clients to do the same.
If you have any questions or concerns at this time, or we can help you in any way please do feel free to get in touch with either of us or your usual Ruddocks contact.
With kindest regards
Henry Ruddock (Chairman) & Paul Banton (Managing Director)
