Ian started his Ruddocks journey at age 20, initially on a 5-week temporary contract. He was then offered a full-time position focusing on turning paper into final products, and through the years, he progressed to a supervisor role, before becoming our Finishing Manager, playing a key role in the planning and execution of the final stages of our projects.
Over the last three decades, Ian has witnessed many changes in the technology used to support the finishing processes of printed materials. Still, four decades later, his favourite task remains working on the same machine he started on - the guillotine.
