Sue initially joined Ruddocks in 1988 as a bench worker, but her role continued to transform with the introduction of new services and finishing machines in the business as well as technology automation. While reflecting on her journey, she can confidently say that no two days are the same and enjoys working on bespoke projects that impose a challenge, for clients such as The Scouts.
Dedicating more than 3 decades of her service, Sue's vast experience has played a key role in optimising our processes throughout the years and helping Ruddocks evolve to where we are now.
